- Master The Art of Asking For What You Want: I get it - sometimes you just want a drink that helps you to blend in with the crowd. So use clear and concise communication with the bartender, keeping things short and sweet: "Hey there - I'm not drinking alcohol tonight, and I really love the ingredients in your ginger mule. Can I get a non alcoholic version of that please?"

Sure, you'll have events to attend that will revolve around drinking. But that doesn't
always have to be the case, so let's talk about finding like-minded people who share in your interest of living a healthy, alcohol free lifestyle:

- Wellness Warriors Unite: Get yourself out there and join local wellness meet-up groups or online communities where you can connect with like-minded individuals who are all about living their best sober lives.
